CrewLink Manager simplifies the management, downloading, and storage of planned and actual rosters published by NetLine/CrewLink. The app facilitates the creation of reports for earnings and flight time data, expedites the checking and acceptance of notifications with a single tap, and allows users to check their crew directly from the application.

Currently, the app supports the following airline:

• GOL Linhas Aéreas (features include storage, crew management, notifications, earnings, and flight time reports)

Additionally, the app offers experimental support for the following airlines (storage, crew management, and notifications):

• Alitalia
• Bulgaria Air
• Garuda Indonesia
• Portugalia
• TACA
• Transaero
• Tunisair
• Lufthansa and its subsidiaries
• OTHER (enter the crew link address of your airline)

General Features (all airlines):

• Simple configuration: easily select your airline, role, and input your CrewLink login credentials.
• Download and store planned and actual rosters organized by month.
• Offline access to view rosters.
• Secure storage of CrewLink username and password within the app.
• View and accept notifications straightforwardly.
• Check your crew directly from the app interface.
• Open your roster via the app, including from emails or other applications.
• "Open In…" function enables you to open your roster in third-party applications.
• Email support for sending rosters directly from the app.
• AirPrint support allows printing of rosters/reports directly from the app.
• Automatic notification checks with audio feedback every five minutes—however, receiving notifications still requires conventional means of communication provided by your airline. The app will not retain history on this feature’s activation.

Specific Features for GOL Linhas Aéreas:

• Main screen summary displaying a comparison of planned and actual roster earnings starting from 2013, along with a summary of flight time inclusive of night time, holidays, and Sundays organized by payment days.
• Monthly reports detailing total flight time, night hours, holiday periods, paid/unpaid time, and more.
• A breakdown of monthly per diems organized by day (e.g., 3/CAJ, 4/JE).
• Detailed monthly flight time reports including various categories such as standby duty and reserve hours both day and night.
• A monthly paycheck preview featuring salary components, tax deductions, and other relevant financial data organized clearly for user understanding.
• The ability to manually configure paycheck deductions through fixed values or percentage-based calculations depending on income levels or familial status affecting tax brackets.
